Working Process

The workflow of meatball forming machine mainly includes four steps: raw material conveying, mixing, molding and discharging. Firstly, the prepared meat filling is fed into the mixing chamber of the meatball molding machine through the raw material conveying device, where the meat filling will be evenly stirred to ensure the consistent taste.

Next, the stirred meat mixture is fed into the molding device and pressed into uniformly sized meatballs through the molding die. After the molding is completed, the meatballs will be discharged through the discharge port and can be directly transferred to the boiling, freezing or packaging process. The whole process is efficient and automated, which can greatly improve the production efficiency.
