Working Process
LONKIA industrial meat mincer machine mainly utilizes the cooperation of screw pusher and meat cutter to squeeze and cut the large pieces of meat through the machine, and finally form fine minced meat. Its working process is as follows:
Firstly, the meat to be processed is put into the inlet of the meat mincer machine.
Secondly, the screw pusher starts to rotate and slowly pushes the meat pieces towards the meat cutting knife. In this process, the meat cutting knife will operate quickly to cut the meat into small pieces.
Finally, the chopped meat is extruded through the orifice plate under the continuous extrusion of the spiral pusher, eventually forming fine minced meat and discharging it from the discharge port of the industrial meat mincer machine.
